Many of us are weary when it comes to setting goals. Some get discouraged when they are unable to reach their goals. Goals are great because they allow us to move in the right direction to achieve that success that we want. The goals that you want to set should be realistic enough and it should be specific as well. When you set your goal to something quite impossible, it is easy to get discouraged about it.
