I have successfully finished my first thirty day challenge. The challenge I took on was to get outdoors and walk for at least fifteen minutes a day. I am surprised I managed to do it!!, I am excluding two days that I was too sick to get off the bed, even so, 28 out of thirty ain’t bad for beginnings I say. That is about 175 kilometers and approximately 8585 calories burnt this month.
It feels good to be able to achieve something measurable. I know now that I can do much better, It also tells the voices very convincingly that I am not utterly beyond hope (O yes they keep telling me that. Well, some of them).
Next month, plan is to hit the bed by One am and be awake and off the bed by seven am. As far as i can remember, I have never , ever woken up that early steadily for more than one or two weeks at a stretch. (Yes, seven am is early for me, my mind wake up around nine. Internship was harder than I can ever explain)
Life is going to change, the giant is awake, world dominion is not far away. If you confess of me now, I will confess of you then.

It feels great to be healthy!
One needs to constantly work out to get that sense of balance in life as health is the overarching element of life!
