The next step is to register a blog. You can do this on a free site, such as www.blogger.com or www.wordpress.com or you can register your own blog. If you are serious about blogging, I suggest that you get your own domain. It does not cost you more than Rs. 800 per year.
WordPress is the best stand alone software for a blog hosted on one’s own domain. So install it. Choose the right theme, and you are ready to post. The next thing to do is to log in, type the message in the language in which you wish to blog. A bit of search on the net will show you the best tool to do it in the language of your choice.
I do my blogging in Hindi. Two popular tools for typing directly into your blog in Unicode Hindi fonts are Baraha and Cafe Hindi. Of these, Cafe Hindi is the more recent one and my favorite. You can see and download it here: Cafe Hindi. You will have to install what is known as Microsoft .Net platform before you install, but that is an easy job. Cafe Hindi offers several keyboards, and the Phonetic one is most convenient for those who know the English keyboard (but who have not learnt typing in Hindi).
Once the article is typed, post it and you will see the blog with that text in the language in which you typed. Once you gain a bit of skill in typing, you can go to the innards of WordPress and modify English text one by one, and gradually the title, menu, and other items on the Blog will also begin to appear in that language. It is a great journey, and you will come out a winner if you keep backing up your blog before each experiment.
